Colington Pointe Waterfront Community

The home sites of Colington Pointe are located on Amherst Drive and Lexington Lane. All homeowners are part of the community association.

Pictured above is The Pamlico, winner of Categaory A in the 2006 Outer Banks Homebuilder's Association Parade of Homes. This model has four bedrooms, including two masters with private balconies, plus a bonus media room on the ground level. This home is sold, but we can build one just for you on any of our homesites. Single-family homes are also available in the Roanoke and the Albemarle floor plans.

Unimproved homesites are also available for purchase. You can choose any builder to build one of the three plans. Construction of all homes must begin by December 31, 2012.
